Purpose of the Site
Minnesota treats many jail, arrest, and court records as public data, but the access path is split across several systems. Mower County Jail is run by the Mower County Sheriff's Office and covers local pretrial custody and short jail sentences. The Minnesota Department of Corrections has a separate locator for people committed to state prison or still under DOC supervision. Federal and immigration custody use BOP, U.S. Marshals, or ICE channels rather than the county roster.
This site organizes those public-facing resources by record type and facility. It is privately operated. It is not owned, staffed, reviewed, or endorsed by Mower County, the Sheriff's Office, the jail, a court, the Minnesota Department of Corrections, BOP, ICE, or any government agency.

Limits of Our Role
We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release a person, transfer a call to an inmate, post bond, approve visits, provide legal advice, change a court date, remove a public record, or send an official booking record. Those actions belong to the office that created or controls the record.
The site also is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information found here, through linked government pages, or through sponsored search tools may not be used for employment, credit, housing, insurance, licensing, or any other FCRA-covered decision.
